The same term has also been used for a briquette produced by heating coal mass and compressing it under high pressure. A coal briquetting process has been predominantly developed in Germany, France, Russia, England and the USA. In these countries, the production and consumption of briquettes are both subject to more stringent environmental regulations.<\/p>\n<p>Lignite briquettes produced in Devix Energy factory are made from raw lignite coal originating from Kolubara Mining Basin, with addition of slaked lime and an ORGANIC binding agent.
